DIY Blush – Natural with No Breakouts

Introduction

Hello! This is a DIY blush guide.

After posting our guide DIY False Eyelashes, I remembered a neat trick I had learned from a that also uses baby powder: DIY Blush!

The DIY blush guide uses natural, inexpensive ingredients. Since the makeup is made from natural ingredients, it is healthier for your skin and not as harsh. This means that breakouts should not occur from the use of our DIY blush.

DIY Blush Materials

3 Tablespoons of Water
*Tip: Use distilled water for a better product, though if you don’t have any then regular water works fine.

Steps / Process / Procedure / What to do:

1. Mix 3 tablespoons of water with red food coloring.
*Tip: The more red food coloring you use, the redder the blush. So, 1 drop would be a light pink whereas 5 drops will be really red.

2. Mix in 1 teaspoon of baby powder thoroughly.

3. Keep mixing in 1 teaspoon of baby powder until the mixture is smooth and clay-like.

4. Wash your hands.

5. Using your finger, scoop mixture into a small container to dry.

6. Let the mixture air dry.
